The stomach, butt and breasts are the most common areas that get affected. While some experts say that stretch marks can be hereditary, there is no conclusive evidence to prove that.

You also need to drink water so that your body is hydrated. Stay away from creams and lotions that claim to make stretch marks disappear — they rarely work.
