1. Wet hair
There are high chances that if you wash your hair at night, you might go to sleep with wet hair. Practicing this can not only make you sick, but your hair will also appear more tangled than usual. This happens because the cuticle of hair remains open after the wash. That is why it is also advised to not comb your hair when it’s wet as it will lead to hair loss.

2. Growth of fungus
Sleeping with wet scalp can even lead to other hair problems like growth of fungus, dandruff, hair loss, and infections. This happens because these problems mostly thrive in moist weather conditions.

3. Knotted hair
Your hair doesn’t look any better if you wash it in the evening. In fact, doing so can make your hair more knotted and breezy.
