ElbowsCoronavirus is spreading due to airborne droplets from sneezing and coughing, and people need to cover their noses and mouth with a bent elbow, or a tissue, to contain the germs.
Then, dispose of the tissue immediately and wash your hands.
FaceAvoid touching your face, eyes, nose or mouth to prevent the virus from entering your body, as hands touch too many surfaces that could be infected with Covid-19.
Once your hands are contaminated, the virus can be quickly transferred to your face so try to avoid touching it.
DistanceStay at least one metre (three feet) away from other people when outside, in an effort to avoid breathing in any possible airborne droplets from an infected person.
